The New Ode to the Forums by ~hereticschizoid:iconhereticschizoid:

I can't stand to see another thread
beating a horse that's already dead.
Do you like "s3ks" and "what does are mean?"
A *poorhorse cult for illiterate teens.

The forum descriptions must be Greek
or maybe the newbies only read 1337.
The Welcome Center to get a tour,
Thumbshare Forum for commentwhores

"Deviator" no longer exists
(The forum's still there 'cause Jark insists).
Don't post there- it's useless you know
read the thread that tells you so.

We interrupt this poem to distinguish
that "kewl" and "k@wa1i!!!11" are not English.
If those are in you vocabulary
please buy yourself a dictionary.

Do you think you are a squirrel
instead of a normal boy or girl?
Prehensile thumbs are something you lack?
please leave the forums and never come back.

"The reply button is your friend"
We hear this phrase time and again.
I think we could solve this problem
If we made the reply button 3 inches tall with neon orange blinking text outlined in fluorescent purple twinkling polkadots underlined three times with magenta squiggly lines and put it all next to an advertisement for free beer.
...

'Course I'll take this to the Suggestions Forum
and soon you'll see a change in decorum.
But you'll be sure to get all your replies
unless the person has a seizure and dies.

Speaking of seizures: =FloydianJoe
his avatar is quite a show
I could watch it all afternoon
and gouge out my eyeballs with a spoon.

Wait a second! Don't go so fast!
The sensitive people never last.
*rayvinazn scares them away
so toughen up if you want to stay.

If your stupidity still is around
*curran will surely cut you down.
With legendary wit and sarcastic replies
he cleans up the forums (or at least tries).

But don't worry we're not all mean.
=littlefishey is on the scene...
The nicest forumwhore we've got
plus that British accent's hot.

So anyway I think I'm done
but I'm still left with one problem
I can never think of what to write for the end...
crap.

Author's Comments

FINALLY I have popped out an updated version. A lot of it is the same as the last, but the poem became so popular that I decided perhaps I should add some length and cut out a few of the rough edges.

So here it is, I hope you like it as much as the last. And yes, I'm still having trouble with the ending. =D
